Delete Your Account
This page lets you permanently delete your Cosmo City Chronicle (CCClive) account and associated personal data from both our website and mobile app. Please read the details below before continuing.
What will be deleted
- Your login credentials and account (email/Google sign-in).
- Your profile information (name, contact details, address, bio, avatar).
- Community notices you posted.
- CVs and job-seeker documents you uploaded.
- Business listings you created.
- Comments and messages you submitted.
- Any saved preferences linked to your account.
What we may retain
For legal and accounting compliance, records of completed payments or transactions may be retained for the period required by South African law, in a form that is not linked to your public profile. Anonymous, aggregated analytics that cannot identify you may also be retained. All personally identifiable data is otherwise removed immediately, and any residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days.

Prefer to request deletion by email?
If you are unable to sign in, email us at safety@ccclive.online from the email address linked to your account with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will verify your identity and permanently delete your account and associated data within 30 days.
